Reduced Deposit for 2026 and 2027 Tours
We are offering a flexible booking policy to give you peace of mind when booking a tour with us. The deposit for all 2026 and 2027 tours will be $250 USD per person until five months (150 days) before the tour start date. At five months (150 days) before the tour start date, the remainder of the deposit will be due.
The $250 USD deposit is non-refundable, but may be transferable for a fee of $100 USD per person up to five months (150 days) before the tour start date. At 149 days before the start of the tour, the deposit is no longer transferable. See our Terms and Conditions for details. This offer is not valid for private tours.
Flexible Cancellation Policy for all Tours in 2026 and 2027
We are offering a flexible cancellation policy for all tours in 2026 and 2027. The temporary policy allows you to cancel or transfer your tour up to five months (150 days) before the start date without worrying about losing your full deposit.
Tours starting in 2026 and 2027 are eligible for either a refund minus a $250 per person cancellation fee, or a transfer minus a $100 per person transfer fee.*

Travel Insurance
As always, you are recommended to take out appropriate travel insurance for your trip. At a minimum, your travel insurance should cover medical expenses (including medical repatriation) and baggage.
