Placing an order signifies your agreement to the Terms and Conditions.

Ordering gives you access to the following for one year.

Itinerary Planning Course
You may access the Itinerary Planning Course for 12 months from the date of purchase. All videos may not be downloaded.
One-on-one Consultation
You may schedule one 50-minute consultation with Becki or Shawn within 12 months of ordering. A PDF summary of the consultation with itinerary suggestions, advice, and recommendations is sent within seven days after the consultation.
Consultations are held via Zoom and can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Failure to show up during your scheduled time forfeits the consultation. Additional 50-minute consultations may be scheduled at a rate of $100.
Consulting via Email
You may schedule one five-consecutive-day Consulting via Email with Becki or Shawn anytime within 12 months of ordering. Becki or Shawn will answer your questions, review your itinerary, and provide feedback for at least one hour each day for five consecutive days via email. During the five days, you may respond to the emails with additional questions.
The first day of the Consulting via Email can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Failure to participate during your scheduled timeframe forfeits the consultation. Additional Email Consulting may be scheduled at a rate of $400.

Download resources for further reading about many cultural experiences and activities, including quizzes, a budget spreadsheet, itinerary templates, and a day before departure checklist.
All downloadable handouts, itineraries, maps, and resources are yours to keep, forever. You are not permitted to resell, share, or use the products for commercial purposes.
Exclusive Consulting Discounts
Ordering gives you access to exclusive consulting discounts.
Not Included in Service
Any costs associated with the actual trip, including but not limited to airfare, hotels, transportation in Japan, Rail Pass, travel insurance, meals, sightseeing, baggage handling, and personal expenses such as communication charges, and Wi-Fi rental.
Cancellation
If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a refund. After 30 days, all sales are final.
The 1:1 Consultation and Consulting via Email are not refundable after services are rendered. In case of a partial refund, the 1:1 Consultation is billed at $147 and Email Consulting is billed at $100 per day up to a maximum of $497.

Limitations
We do not give advice about Hokkaido, Okinawa, Shikoku, or Tohoku.
Bookings
You are responsible for all bookings and reservations. We do not make hotel bookings or restaurant reservations.
Responsibility
Sunny Mangos, Inc. (dba “Japan and More”), acts only as agent for the various independent suppliers and contractors providing transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurants, and other services. Such travel and services are subject to the terms and conditions under which such accommodations, services, and transportation are offered or provided, and Sunny Mangos, Inc. accept no liability therefore.
Sunny Mangos, Inc., assumes no liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or other irregularity which may be caused by the defect of any aircraft or vehicle or the negligence or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out or performing any of the services involved.
Additionally, responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages, or expenses of any kind due to, but not limited to, sickness, weather, strikes, local laws, hostilities, wars, terrorist activity, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, epidemic, closure of airports or airspace and all similar events outside of our control. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws of the country in which they are provided.
As part of the consideration and right to participate in this program, each participant acknowledges that he/she has carefully read this document in its entirety and fully understands that this is a waiver and release of liability.

Sunny Mangos, Inc. is a registered Seller of Travel in California. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. Sunny Mangos, Inc. is not a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. Sunny Mangos, Inc. has a trust account.
