Japan Travel Videos
Access the video course, Travel Japan Like a Pro, for 12 months from the date of purchase. All videos may not be downloaded.
Resources for Each Video
You may access the resources for each video, including official websites, hours of operation, closed days, and admission fees. Japan and More makes every effort to keep resources up to date, but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.
Digital PDF Guides
You may download all PDF resources and have lifetime access to the materials. You are not permitted to resell, share, or use the products for commercial purposes.
One-on-one Consultation
Ordering gives you exclusive access to schedule consultations with Becki Benedict or Shawn Weldon for $147 USD per 50 minutes. A PDF summary of the consultation is sent afterwards within seven days.
Consultations are held via Zoom and can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Failure to show up during your scheduled time forfeits the consultation.
Email Q&A
Ordering gives you exclusive access to schedule a 7-day email Q&A with Becki Benedict or Shawn Weldon for $97 USD. During the seven (consecutive) days, you may ask questions and/or submit your itinerary for review.
Not Included in Service
Any costs associated with the actual trip, including but not limited to airfare, hotels, transportation in Japan, Rail Pass, travel insurance, meals, sightseeing, baggage handling, and personal expenses such as communication charges, and Wi-Fi rental.
Cancellation
If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a refund. After 30 days, all sales are final.
The One-on-one Consultation and Email Q&A are not refundable.

Limitations
We do not give advice about Hokkaido, Okinawa, Shikoku, or Tohoku.
Bookings
You are responsible for all bookings and reservations. We do not make hotel bookings or restaurant reservations.

Sunny Mangos, Inc. (dba “JAPANandmore.com”), acts only as agent for the various independent suppliers and contractors providing transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurants, and other services. Such travel and services are subject to the terms and conditions under which such accommodations, services, and transportation are offered or provided, and Sunny Mangos, Inc. accept no liability therefore.
Sunny Mangos, Inc., assumes no liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or other irregularity which may be caused by the defect of any aircraft or vehicle or the negligence or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out or performing any of the services involved.
Additionally, responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages, or expenses of any kind due to, but not limited to, sickness, weather, strikes, local laws, hostilities, wars, terrorist activity, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, epidemic, closure of airports or airspace and all similar events outside of our control. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws of the country in which they are provided.
As part of the consideration and right to participate in this program, each participant acknowledges that he/she has carefully read this document in its entirety and fully understands that this is a waiver and release of liability.

Sunny Mangos, Inc. is a registered Seller of Travel in California. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. Sunny Mangos, Inc. is not a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. Sunny Mangos, Inc. has a trust account.
