Ordering the Consulting via Email includes the following.

Consulting via Email
You may schedule one five-consecutive-day Consulting via Email with Becki or Shawn anytime within 12 months of ordering. Becki or Shawn will answer your questions, review your itinerary, and provide feedback for at least one hour each day for five consecutive days via email. During the five days, you may respond to the emails with additional questions.
The first day of the Consulting via Email can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Failure to participate during your scheduled timeframe forfeits the consultation.
You may fill out the online Questionnaire before the Consulting in order to provide us with as much information as possible about you and your ideas for your trip.
Not Included in Service
Any costs associated with the actual trip, including but not limited to airfare, hotels, transportation in Japan, Rail Pass, travel insurance, meals, sightseeing, baggage handling, and personal expenses such as communication charges, and Wi-Fi rental.
If you change your mind before the consultation, please email us within 30 days of purchase and you will receive a refund. After 30 days, all sales are final.
The Consulting via Email is not refundable once initiated.

You are responsible for all bookings and reservations. We do not make hotel bookings or restaurant reservations.
Sunny Mangos, Inc. (dba “Japan and more”), acts only as agent for the various independent suppliers and contractors providing transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurants, and other services. Such travel and services are subject to the terms and conditions under which such accommodations, services, and transportation are offered or provided, and Sunny Mangos, Inc. accept no liability therefore.
Sunny Mangos, Inc., assumes no liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or other irregularity which may be caused by the defect of any aircraft or vehicle or the negligence or default of any company or person engaged in carrying out or performing any of the services involved.
Additionally, responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages, or expenses of any kind due to, but not limited to, sickness, weather, strikes, local laws, hostilities, wars, terrorist activity, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, flood, epidemic, closure of airports or airspace and all similar events outside of our control. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws of the country in which they are provided.
As part of the consideration and right to participate in this program, each participant acknowledges that he/she has carefully read this document in its entirety and fully understands that this is a waiver and release of liability.

Sunny Mangos, Inc. is a registered Seller of Travel in California. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. Sunny Mangos, Inc. is not a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. Sunny Mangos, Inc. has a trust account.
